She was predeceased by husband Ernie Watts, daughter Ethel Kars sisters Vera Delf, Eileen Brown, Doreen Sheridan, Marge Gilberg, and brothers Stan Brewis, Vic Brewis and Art Wooster.
Joyce was born in England, she moved to Canada with her family when she was six, they first settled in Warren, then Balmoral where she met and married Ernie Watts on June 2, 1942, they had one daughter Ethel. Joyce enjoyed many years farming in Balmoral, she also took great pleasure in helping with our family greenhouse. She enjoyed cooking for many family gatherings, playing cards, and dance to old time music, even in Goodwin Lodge.
The family would like to extend warm gratitude and thanks to Dr. Loudon, and staff at Goodwin Lodge for their years of care and compassion.
Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at 1:00 pm at the MacKenzie Funeral Chapel in Stonewall.
