Bill had fond memories of his early years growing up in Neepawa and his teen years in Stony Mountain.
Bill enjoyed all sports. He loved the sport of curling and in 1964, Bill and his teammates from Stonewall Collegiate won the Canadian High School Championship for Manitoba. In 2007, Bill and Jan decided to return to his country roots and settled near Stonewall and Stony Mountain until his passing.
Jan would like to give special thanks to some of his close friends who were always there for him and you know who you are. A special thank you to the Stonewall Paramedics for their kindness and professionalism.
