November 27, 2021 Heaven has gained another long-awaited special angel at the young age of 95 with Chris and Jena by her side. Her long-awaited reunion with her husband Joe. She was a mother of 4 and leaves to mourn Adam James (Marlene), Glen, Gladys (Morris) and Patrick (Julia) and special daughter in law Chris. Grandkids Ryan (Olga), Rena (Andrei), Rita (Greg), Jena (Bhavdeep), Alyssa, Lisa (Kevin), Conrad, Jason (Alexandra), Jaclyn (Clinton) and Janelle (Mario). Her great grandkids Milana, Nate, Brae, Jonah, Gemma, Jack, Jori, Eli, Isabel, Lily, Nash, Summer, Claire, Caitlyn, Carter, Sebastian.

Pauline was predeceased by her parents Michael and Katherine Mryglod, brothers William, Nicholas, Dymetro, Anothony; sisters Tekla, Anne and 2 infant sisters. She leaves to mourn her sisters Mary, Milly and Julia.

Pauline was born in Sylvan, MB on May 30th, 1926 and moved the short distance to her lifelong homestead a few miles up the road where they raised their family. Joe and Pauline successfully operated a farm forever, owners and operators of a farm vacation property where she entertained and fed many people from around the world. She was an active member of the Roman Catholic Church where she faithfully attended each service. Rain or snow she would go. One particular snowy winter Sunday morning she called the local tow truck guy (also a family friend Kenny) to let him know that he could find her car in the ditch near the bridge outside of town and to bring it to the church parking lot. Nothing could stop her, when he went to get her car to his surprise Kenny found it flipped in the middle of the field.

Grandma, often referred to by her grandchildren, always made time for them and anyone that crossed her path. She made many lifelong friends along the way. She served on various volunteer boards and committees. During her “free” time she loved to travel. These trips took her all over Canada, United States, South Africa, South America, Europe, specifically Ukraine to visit her family history and connect with her heritage. Her highlight lifetime trip was with Joe and their 1987 Chevrolet Van to the Yukon and Territories where they dabbled in nature and gold mining.
Pauline was the greatest Great Grandma any kids could ask for. She would make her daily, often multiple, 3 mile trip to join her great-grand kids for breakfast, lunch, supper and most importantly tea with Baba. She was referred to early on as Baba Tea.
