Dennis leaves to morn his passing his brothers, Norman and Michael; aunts Peggy, Evelyn, Auldine, Lillian and Leona, as well as many cousins and special friends.

Dennis had many friends ranging from long term staff to his friends at his day program and work. Dennis loved his roommates. Dennis and his roommates were together for 30 years. His one special roommate friend Dennis held very dear to his heart. His special friend and him did many things together at the residence and in the community. They enjoyed playing bingo, going for coffee, attending Jets games and Goldeyes games. Dennis and his special friend were often hugging and smiling at each other. Every day he would tell his special friend how beautiful she was.

Dennis loved to collect bottle caps and would keep them hidden away. He attended the Imaginability day program where he worked at sorting the different caps. He was proud of his work and would tell everyone about his day.

Dennis would greet everyone with a loving smile and was fun and outgoing. He was a joy to be around and always made everyone feel better just by being with him. He enjoyed his time at the residence with his brother Norman. Lots of special memories were made over the years. Dennis also enjoyed his visits with his brother Michael.

Dennis enjoyed good conversation and would engage with the residence staff over a cup of coffee at the kitchen table. He would love to mimic one and tell jokes. Dennis liked putting on the charm and was often referred to as handsome double Den Den.

Family would like to thank all the wonderful caring staff at Dennis’s residence. All your support of Dennis is very much appreciated.
