Obituary for Jesse Pedersen

Jesse James Henry Pedersen
August 16, 1985 - February 5, 2022

We are heartbroken announcing the sudden passing of our son, grandson, brother, spouse, Dad, nephew, uncle, cousin, and friend.

Left to mourn the loss of this kind man is mother Karen Persoage (Yuni); father Shane Pedersen (Jacquie); Baba Olga Persoage; Grandmother Maureen Pedersen; brother Justin; sisters Jasmine (Matthew), Dana, and Ashley; spouse Glennys; son Shay; daughters Hope and Elsa; in-laws Fanny and George Beardy and Lorraine and Ronny Robertson; numerous aunts and uncles, cousins, and Glennys’ son Tristan, three grandbabies, and his work bud, Jordy.

Jesse was predeceased by his Geegee James (Jim) Persoage, grandfather Henry (Hank) Pedersen and Uncle Dennis Persoage.

Jesse was quite talented. He could draw just about anything. He enjoyed skateboarding and teaching his siblings and his children how to skateboard too. After just a few guitar lessons, he continued to practice and became an avid guitar player. We were often entertained with the songs he played and sang at family functions or around a campfire. He also had a great sense of humor and was always making everyone around him laugh.

He took pride in his concrete work and was quite handy to have around to do big or small projects as a general contractor. There is so much more to say about him, which is why we are planning a celebration of Jesse’s life on the weekend before his birthday Saturday, August 13, 2022, at the St. Stephen’s Orthodox Church at Pleasant Home. Honorary pallbearers are Justin and Jasmine Dupuis, Trav, Will, Alanna and Ryan Persoage.

A live webcast of Jesse’s service will be available for viewing on Sunday, March 6th at 2:00 p.m. Friends and Family may join the service at mackenziefh.com, under the Photo & Videos tab, click watch webcast.
