Obituary for Inez Evelyn Hartle (Paulsen)

INEZ HARTLE (nee PAULSEN)
March 1, 1933 – July 2, 2020

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend Inez Evelyn Hartle in the early morning of Thursday, July 2, 2020 at the age of 87.
Inez will be deeply missed by her children, Eileen, Kathy (Murray), Allison (Harvey) and Valerie, grandchildren, Michelle (Dwayne), Krystal, Eric (Tanya), Melissa (Robert), Myles, Ashleigh (Calvin), Kendall (Shawn), Shannon (Brett) and Morgan as well as her great-grandchildren, Kaydan, Payton, Claire, Conner, Parker, Fallyn and Freya. She also leaves to mourn her sisters Bernice and Shirley (Derwood), brothers Carl (Fran) and Sid (Betty) as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Know that she cared deeply and had a special place in her heart for all of you.
Inez was predeceased by her husband Edwin, granddaughter Sheena, parents Eva and Bill, brother-in-law Leon and sisters-in-law Elsie and Sylvia.
Inez was born on March 1, 1933 in Fenton Saskatchewan. She was the eldest of five children. She had fond memories of growing up and wove them into a beautiful blanket of memories that she shared with us regularly.
Inez's work life always centered around caring for people. In the early days, she was a nanny and housekeeper. After she married Edwin in 1958, she spent her time at home raising their four girls. After moving into Stonewood Place, Inez loved spending hours visiting with her Mom and enjoyed taking care of her. Inez also enjoyed baking, gardening, fishing, bird and squirrel watching and going to church on Sunday morning.
Inez was very proud and deeply devoted to her family and would never let anything get in the way of spending time with us. Inez always made you feel like you were special and would always find time for that phone call or special time spent together. During these times, you got to feel her limitless love, warmth and commitment. She was a friendly, kind and gracious lady and will be deeply missed by many.
To honour her wishes, a family graveside service has taken place. Inez was laid to rest beside her husband of 60 years and they are now together forever.
"Until we meet again may God hold you in the palm of his hand"
