Marcia (Chad), Trent (Stormie), Wyatt, Noah, and Colin; Trevor, Tihanna, and Terena. Marnie (Mark), Mia and Maddie. Reanna (Christopher). Jodi (Wesley). Shauna-Leigh (Mike), Camden and Beckett. Chelsea (Tyler). Sara (Brendan), Eleanor; and Miley. Wyatt, Blayze, Skye, Jaggar, and Onyx. And also, by her brother Roy (Pat); sisters Marlene Wilson and Bernice (Fridjon) Finnson.

Mom was born on the family farm in Riverton, on April 28, 1934. After leaving the family farm she met Stanley Bonkowski, together they started a life in Winnipeg. After one winter in Winnipeg they moved to start farming in Washow Bay. They grew a small farm into a successful farming operation.
Mom was a devoted farm wife who was involved in the daily decisions as well as the workload. She was meticulous in the way she kept her home and all aspects of her life.
Mom had a big heart and served many pots of her Icelandic sock coffee from their home in Washow Bay, as well as their winter home in Texas, known as the Canadian Embassy. All were welcome for a hot meal and coffee anytime. Mom was a kind, generous, loving, and devoted, hard-working woman. She was proud of her legacy of 5 generations. Especially proud to be called Amma to her grandchildren. She touched many hearts and leaves an enormous void in all who loved her.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to the Riverton Ambulance, Dr. Donnelly and staff at the Arborg District and Health Centre.
Due to the Covid 19 situation a celebration of life will he held at a later date.
Gódda nótt Mom Miss and Love you forever.
