Deborah Forlanski
It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing Deborah on June 10, 2022 at the age of 60 years.
Deborah was predeceased by her father Orest Krasey, husband Allan Forlanski and brother-in-law Glen Senga.
She is lovingly remembered by her mother Helen Krasey; sister Barbara Senga and Colleen Marchuk (Larry), sister-in-law Debbie Forlanski; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Deborah had a beautiful talent in knitting and crocheting. She would spend hours with her niece Trinity doing beadwork and other crafts.
Deborah lived in Winnipeg but enjoyed it very much when Colleen and Larry would pick her up and bring her out to their place in the country. Sometimes for months at a time. Deborah loved being in the country, breathing the fresh air and watching the free-range ducks and chickens. She loved to go picking cranberries and help with the flowers and gardening.
Deborah was always happy to join in with playing games in the yard with the family.
When she was at home in the city she enjoyed phone calls with her nephew Matthew and spending time with her sister-in-law Debbie.
Deborah did not drive. She was especially grateful for Debbie to help with taking her shopping or to her doctors appointments. They spend time planting seeds for her garden, or having dinner together. She took great enjoyment with spending time with Debbie.
A private family service will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. in Meleb, with pallbearers being, Steven Kanteluk, Johnathan Kanteluk, Micheal Green, Colin Green, Jordan Green and Matthew Forlanski.
In lieu of flowers, donation may be made to the CancerCare Manitoba Foundation.
