Obituary for Craig Arlington Bohne
CRAIG ARLINGTON BOHNE
We are extremely sad to announce that Craig Bohne, 72 years of Pipestone, MB passed away on October 1st, 2022.
Craig was born in Lethbridge, AB and later moved to Prince George, BC. He is predeceased by his parents (Gilbert & Bessie) and his brothers Gary and Rick. He is survived by his wife of 32 years Brenda Bohne (Manness), his daughter Angie Bohne and grandchildren Ashton and Devon.
Craig worked most of his life with the railway travelling all over Canada. He retired from CN in 2008. Craig and Brenda lived in Brenda’s hometown of Warren for several years.
In 2009 they moved to Pipestone, MB.
Craig was always the person who would go out of his way to help others. He served in numerous Lions Clubs during his life. He was very passionate about his pets and his neighbours’ pets.
Craig was diagnosed with lung cancer early 2021. He had one-third of his lung removed in September 2021. Fingers crossed it would work. However, it had spread, and he then underwent chemo and radiation. He fought this disease with everything he had.
He always had a smile on his face right up to the end.
There will be a gathering of family and friends at the Warren Cemetery on Friday, October 14th, 2022, at 1:00 pm in celebration of his life.
