Obituary for Bryan James Harrison

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing on June 18th, 2019 of our beloved husband, Dad, Son, Grampa, Uncle and friend after a courageous battle with cancer.

Bryan was born March 1st, 1968 to Bernice Nordal and Murray Harrison. He spent most of his youth on the Harrison family farm enjoying the farm life with many adventures for a curious boy. His teenage years where spent living in Eriksdale and attending Ashern Collegiate where he developed his mechanical skills which led to a lifelong career in the mechanical field obtaining his Red Seal in gas and diesel engines. Bryan enjoyed fishing, camping and loved a good party. The greatest joy in his life were his family. Being a Grampa and a Dad meant the world to him.

Left to mourn his loss are his wife Angie; sons Alex and Jordan (Shailee); daughter Jessica (Denis); sisters Kim, Lynn and Christina and brothers Tyler and Ken; Mom Bernice Ford; grandchildren Brayden, Kailyn and Leliana as well as numerous Aunts, Uncle, nieces, nephews and friends.

A special thank you to Dr. Emily Rimmer and Nurse Alexis at Cancer Care. Also, a heartfelt thank you to the paramedics, firefighters, Dr. Zahari and the nursing staff at the Stonewall Hospital for their exceptional care.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Stonewall Legion on June 27th at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Cancer Care Manitoba.
